Wrocław Artistic Award 2025

On 8 December 2025, the Red Hall of the National Forum of Music hosted a gala ceremony to present the Wrocław Artistic Award 2025. Among the winners was a lecturer from our University.

This year, for the first time, the Wrocław Artistic Award in the field of literature was added to the existing fields of art (theatre, classical and popular music, visual arts).

We are delighted to congratulate Magdalena Zawartko, a singer and teacher at our Academy, who received the Wrocław Artistic Award 2025 in the pop music category.

Magdalena Zawartko received the award for her first solo album, Satyagraha, a moving, innovative combination of jazz, improvisation and ethnic sounds. The album, which reflects on the search for truth, showcases her unique sensitivity, imagination and artistic maturity.
