Standards for the protecting of minors
In accordance with Order No. 29/2024 of the Rector of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław of 30 July 2024 on the introduction of Standards for the Protection of Minors at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, Standards for the Protection of Minors have been introduced.

STANDARDS FOR THE PROTECTION OF MINORS — ABRIDGED VERSION FOR MINORS
People who contact you at the Academy should behave politely and respect your needs.
Employees are not allowed to use violence against you.
You have the right to ask Academy employees questions and receive comprehensive answers.
Employees are not allowed to shout at you.
You have the right to be informed about all decisions made about you and to have them explained to you.
You have the right to privacy. Academy staff are not allowed to share information about you with other adults or children, except your parents or guardians.
Staff are not allowed to take photos or videos of you without your and your parents' or guardians' consent.
Staff are not allowed to behave inappropriately in your presence, use vulgar language, gestures or jokes, insult anyone, make comments about your attractiveness, or use violence.
No one is allowed to hurt you in any way.
People who contact you at the Academy should behave politely and respect your needs.
Staff are not allowed to offer you alcohol, cigarettes or illegal substances. Staff are not allowed to use them in your presence.
Staff are not allowed to accept money or gifts from you.
You have the right to be treated the same as all other children. Staff should not favour anyone.
Staff are only allowed to touch you with your consent and in a way that is appropriate for you.
Staff are not allowed to hit, poke, push or touch you in any other way that you do not want or that makes you feel uncomfortable.
Staff may only contact you during working hours and in connection with their work.
Employees are not allowed to invite you to their place of residence, meet with you outside the Academy, or contact you on social media or by private telephone.
Remember! Whenever you feel uncomfortable in a situation, someone is hurting you or behaving inappropriately, you can tell another Academy employee who will listen to you and help you!
