Applications for the Doctoral School for the 2026/27 academic year open on 24 July 2026 and close on 30 September 2026.

The deadline for submitting documents (in both paper and electronic form via the Verbis system) to the Teaching and Student Affairs Department is 7 September 2026 (inclusive).

Please log in to the admissions system at https://amw.dziekanat.verbis.pl/amw-irk-app/ledge/view/irk.pub.Page#/ and first complete the application form electronically. You should then print out the paper version (from the system), sign it and attach all the required documents. Candidates must submit these in person or by post to the Teaching and Student Affairs Department of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, pl. Jana Pawła II 2, 50-043 Wrocław, room 006A (8:00–15:00).

Dates of the selection process:

Stage I (assessment of academic achievements – without the candidates’ presence) – 16 September 2026
Stage II (interview and assessment of humanities-related competencies) – 17 September 2026
Stage III (artistic or academic presentation) – 18 September 2026

ADMISSION TO THE DOCTORAL SCHOOL FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2025/26

The admission process to the Doctoral School of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław begins on 21 July 2025 and ends on 30 September 2025.

The deadline for submitting application documents (in both printed form and electronically via the Verbis system) to the Office for Teaching and Student Affairs is 8 September 2025 (inclusive).
