Children’s Music Academy (CMA) in Wrocław is an educational project aimed at developing the musical skills of children and young people, as well as their guardians. Its mission is to strengthen their passion for music, support creativity through diverse activities, prepare them for active participation in culture, and provide a foundation for further music education.
The first edition of CMA begins in October 2025.
Registration for classes will open on 24 September 2025 after 4:00 p.m. and will continue until 30 September 2025, or until places are filled.

Children’s Music Academy – available courses:
- Music Classes Based on Carl Orff’s Approach | for children aged 6–12.
On average two group lessons per week, each lasting 30 minutes.
Fee: 560 PLN per semester (minimum 30 lessons).
Includes the opportunity to perform in dedicated concerts at least once per semester.
Semester duration: 4.5 months.
- Children’s Choir | for children aged 7–12
On average two group lessons per week.
Fee: 900 PLN per semester (minimum 30 lessons).
Includes the opportunity to perform in dedicated concerts at least once per semester.
Lesson duration adjusted to participants’ age (45–90 minutes).
Semester duration: 4.5 months.

The official inauguration of the first edition of the Children’s Music Academy will take place on 6 October 2025 at 5:00 p.m., in Room 001B of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław.
Programme leader:
Choirmaster, educator, co-author of music textbooks and choral songbooks. Doctor of Musical Arts in Conducting. Graduate of the Fryderyk Chopin Academy of Music in Warsaw, Faculty of Music Education (specialization: Leading Vocal and Vocal-Instrumental Ensembles). She continued her training at the Carl Orff Music Education Study in Warsaw and at Kodály Seminars in Poland and Hungary. She collaborated with the Institute of Art of the Polish Academy of Sciences on publications concerning folk music. Former lecturer at the Faculty of Humanities of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. Since 2006, she has worked as a choirmaster and music teacher at the John Paul II Primary School in Łazy, implementing Kodály’s and Orff’s pedagogical approaches. At the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, she teaches methodology of music education, music didactics, activating methods of music education, recorder ensemble, and contemporary educational systems in group work. She is also the head of the Children’s Music Academy project.
She is active as a choirmaster, founder, and conductor of the Animato Children’s Choir at the John Paul II Primary School in Łazy, participating in the nationwide programme Choral Academy – Singing Poland. With this ensemble she has won numerous awards at choral competitions and performed at the National Philharmonic (2016, 2018), Łódź Philharmonic (2017), Wrocław Philharmonic (2018), and the National Forum of Music (2016). At the same school in Łazy she also leads the Primus Children’s Choir, preparing younger pupils for later participation in Animato. For many years she has also conducted the Effatha Choir at St. Stephen’s Parish in Raszyn.
As a cultural animator, she organizes concerts, conducts numerous workshops for choirs, conductors, and teachers, and promotes the arts. For her artistic and teaching achievements she has received many individual awards, including the 2018 Award of the Minister of National Education.
- Gordon Concerts | for children aged 1–6
Educational concerts for children and their guardians, combining play, learning, and active participation, based on Professor Edwin E. Gordon’s Music Learning Theory.
Duration: 45 minutes.
Fee: 58 PLN per session.
Registration: 20 days prior to the event.
