WBB Orchestra rehearsal
The WBB Orchestra Project (Wroclaw, Bydgoszcz, Brno) is a unique initiative promoting early music, in which students from Poland and the Czech Republic participate. Working together on Baroque repertoire on historical instruments is not only an opportunity to learn about the musical traditions of neighboring countries, but also a chance for the artistic development of young musicians and international exchange of experience. The orchestra performs works by 17th and 18th century composers, in the spirit of historical performance practice.
The project includes three concerts:
January 10, 2025 (Friday) at the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz,
January 11, 2025 (Saturday) at the Karol Lipinski Academy of Music in Wroclaw,
April 6, 2025 (Sunday) at the Leoš Janáček Academy of Performing Arts in Brno.
