Cornerstone Laying for the Construction of the Academy of Music in Wrocław's Concert and Educational Facility

On September 26, 2011, the ceremony of signing the foundation act and laying the cornerstone for the construction of the Academy of Music in Wrocław's Concert and Educational Facility took place. The document was signed by Bogdan Zdrojewski, Minister of Culture and National Heritage, Professor Krystian Kiełb, Rector of the Academy of Music in Wrocław, Andrzej Goławski, Contractor's Representative, BUDIMEX S.A.'s Director of General Construction, Janusz Rybka, Contract Engineer, and Andrzej Krzysztof Barysz, Designer, M.Sc., Architect. Following the signing, the symbolic cornerstone laying ceremony for our new investment took place on the construction site, in the presence of representatives of Wrocław cultural institutions, representatives of higher education institutions, members of the Academy of Music Senate, and invited guests. The project, Expansion of the Academy of Music in Wrocław – construction of a music and teaching hall with infrastructure, is financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
