He is a composer, conductor, arranger and teacher. He has won over 10 music competitions (composition and performance) and his compositions have been presented in Poland and abroad.
He is a scholarship holder of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and ZAiKS. He has received numerous awards from the Rector of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław.
For many years, he has been involved in organising events promoting new music and its creators. He is the artistic and organisational director of the International Sound Factory, in cooperation with the Folkwang Universität in Essen and the Karl Maria von Weber Hochschule für Musik in Dresden. Since 2016, together with Prof. Stanisław Krupowicz, he has been co-creating and coordinating the electroacoustic and computer music festival Sine scientia ars nihil est.
He also collaborates with the Game Music Festival and participates in the creation of the festival's artistic sphere. He is a highly regarded arranger, instrumentator and conductor. For many years, he conducted training courses in instrumentation for school ensembles at the Centre for Artistic Education.
He is the founder and artistic director of Sound Factory Orchestra, an ensemble specialising in new music in the broadest sense. Over the past dozen or so years, he has conducted numerous concerts in Poland and abroad and has produced a number of recording sessions.
In addition to his artistic activities, he is also involved in entrepreneurship, innovative teamwork methods and talent management. Since 2018, he has been a member of the Council of the Lower Silesian Academic Business Incubator of the Wrocław Technology Park, and since 2019, he has been a lecturer in innovative management methods at the Postgraduate Studies in Management of Cultural Institutions at the University of Economics in Wrocław.
In his teaching activities, he focuses on composer education and prepares conductors and performers in effective teamwork, new music performance and working in a modern technological environment.
