PhD Dariusz Galewski
art history
He is an art historian; since the academic year 1999/2000 he has been conducting art history classes for students of the 1st and 3rd Faculty of the Academy of Music in Wrocław, and since the academic year 2005/2006, when he became an employee of the Faculty of Music Education, Choral Studies and Church Music – for all students of the Academy.

1985–1990 – State Secondary School of Fine Arts in Wrocław
1990–1992 – studies at the State College of Cultural and Educational Studies in Wrocław, major: tourism
1992–1997 – studies in art history at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków
Master’s thesis: The Baroquization of the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Kłodzko as an example of adaptation and preservation of Gothic architecture in the second half of the 17th and the first half of the 18th century
1997–2004 – doctoral studies at the Faculty of History of the Jagiellonian University, completed with a dissertation entitled: The Art of the Silesian Jesuits in Relation to the Medieval Tradition. Baroquizations of Churches in Kłodzko, Świdnica, Jelenia Góra and Żagań
since 2005 – classes in medieval and Renaissance art history and medieval symbolism at the Institute of Classical, Mediterranean and Oriental Studies, University of Wrocław
