Two-time recipient of a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage. Doctor of Physical Culture (Academy of Physical Education in Wrocław), Master of Pedagogy (University of Wrocław), certified choreotherapist – dance therapist (Polish Dance Theatre in Poznań), physical recreation instructor specialising in Hatha Yoga (AZS Częstochowa University of Technology), Open University of Search (Grotowski Institute in Wrocław).

She has completed numerous training courses related to dance, dance therapy and body work in Poland and abroad. She teaches at the Academy of Physical Education in Wrocław and the Academy of Music in Wrocław. She collaborates with foundations involved in artistic development, with cancer patients, people with intellectual and physical disabilities, people with mental disorders, and Parkinson's patients, for whom she conducts original workshops in dance and movement therapy, body work, and relaxation training. She is a choreotherapy consultant at the ‘Na Ciepłej’ Day Care Centre in Wrocław, where she conducts classes in body expression and mindfulness with seniors suffering from dementia. She promotes the ideas of art therapy and psychosomatics as non-pharmacological forms of therapy.

She conducts scientific research and popularisation activities. She has participated in scientific conferences in Krakow, Poznań and Wrocław, delivering papers on topics such as dance and movement therapy and body work. She is the author and co-author of scientific publications.
