He graduated from the Academy of Music in Wrocław, where he studied piano with Prof. Grzegorz Kurzyński and conducting with Prof. Mieczysław Gawroński. He collaborates with Wrocław composers, including Agata Zubel, Sławomir Kupczak and Robert Kurdybacha, performing their piano and orchestral compositions. As a conductor, he collaborates with the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music Symphony Orchestra in Wrocław and, since 2008, has been conducting the Karol Szymanowski Symphony Orchestra of the Academy of Music in Wrocław. In 2018, he prepared and conducted a series of performances of Karol Szymanowski's operetta Loteria na mężów, czyli narzeczony 69 (The Husband Lottery, or The 69th Fiancé), which was the diploma performance of students of the Vocal Department of the Academy of Music in Wrocław. For 10 years he was a pianist in the singing class of Prof. Danuta Paziuk-Zipser. He has been engaged as a pianist in international vocal courses in Duszniki Zdrój.

Marcin Grabosz also arranges works from the classical and jazz music canon. As a pianist, he has been involved in chamber music for over a dozen years, conducting a lively concert activity. He received a special award for the best pianist-accompanist during the 20th and 21st Century Music Competition in Radziejowice, organised by the Polish Society for Contemporary Music. In 2009, he recorded an album with Agata Zubel for the Cd Accord label, featuring song cycles by Alban Berg, Aaron Copland and Paweł Szymański. He also works at the Stanisław Wyspiański Academy of Theatre Arts in Wrocław, teaching students how to interpret songs for the stage. He holds a PhD in musical arts in the artistic discipline of instrumental performance. For several years, he has also been involved in composing. His chamber works have been performed at national and international cello competitions.
