MA Małgorzata Kramarz

pedagogy

Lecturer at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, specialist in psychological and pedagogical counseling, graduate of the Faculty of Historical and Pedagogical Sciences and of the Postgraduate Program School of Interpersonal Relations at the University of Wrocław, organist.

Since 1991 she has been conducting psychological and pedagogical counseling, complementing it with scientific and popular-scientific publications in the field of solving personal and social relationship problems. At the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music she teaches pedagogy, basics of didactics, and social communication at the Faculty of Music Education, Choral Studies, and Church Music, as well as in the Pedagogical Study. In cooperation with Dr. Amelia Golema, she conducts the interfaculty elective MP3 – Musical Emergency: stage fright, crisis, identity. Since 2021 she has also been a consultant for the Centre for Artistic Education. Alongside her work at the Academy, she has been developing activities supporting artists, conducting training workshops for teachers of primary and secondary music schools, as well as scientific research on stage fright, building artistic identity, and creative crisis management. She is co-author of the parents’ guide for music school students My child doesn’t want to play anymore! – a short note on how to help (2017).
