Since the 2024/2025 academic year, she has served as Vice-Rector for Artistic and Scientific Affairs. A Wrocław-born pianist, soloist, and chamber musician, she graduated with distinction from the Karol Szymanowski Music High School in Wrocław, in the class of Professor Janina Butor. She completed her piano studies at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice under the supervision of Professor Czesław Stańczyk. She culminated her studies with a performance of Ignacy Jan Paderewski's Piano Concerto in A minor with the Katowice Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra under the baton of its artistic director, Maestro Mirosław Jacek Błaszczyk. During her studies, she encountered many outstanding teachers, such as Professor Maria Szwajger-Kułakowska, who introduced her to the world of chamber music, and Professor Józef Stompel, Professor Sabolcs Esztenyi.
She completed her postgraduate studies in the Piano Master Class of Professor Włodzimierz Obidowicz at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław. She honed her skills in master classes led by many distinguished pianists, including legendary Chopin scholars Halina Czerny-Stefańska, Edith Picht-Axenfeld, and Tadeusz Kerner. She participated in performance and teaching courses covering early and contemporary music.
The early days of Julita Przybylska-Nowak's piano career were connected with the music of Fryderyk Chopin. Numerous national and international competitions (Göttingen, Darmstadt, Marianske Lazne), scholarships from the Chopin Society, and many others have led to her achievements. Chopin's performances at the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, as well as concerts at places of worship dedicated to the composer (Żelazowa Wola, Duszniki Zdrój), testify to the artistic bond that unites the pianist with the repertoire of the greatest of Romantics.
Invited to the Euro Gate World Exhibition in Taipei, she gave a series of recitals in the Taiwanese capital. She also performed at the World EXPO in Hanover, where she had the opportunity to present Polish music. In 2002, she premiered and then recorded the final sonatas of Wrocław composer Ryszard Bukowski. As a soloist, she has collaborated with numerous orchestras under the baton of Jacek Mirosław Błaszczyk, Marzena Diakun, Anna Duczmal-Mróz, Mieczysław Gawroński, Robert Kabara, Klemens Kamiński, Agnieszka Nagórka, Marek Pijarowski, Wojciech Rodek, Jacek Rogala, and Marek Tracz. Julita Przybylska-Nowak's solo performance interests include the brillante style, which she also explores in chamber music. She has given chamber concerts in Italy, the Czech Republic, Romania, and Turkey.
Since 2010, she has performed with violinist Jarosław Pietrzak, forming the Art Chamber Duo. This collaboration has resulted in five albums, featuring both world premieres of forgotten works and grand duo compositions. Two albums won the prestigious award at the 1st International "Musical Eagles" Competition in 2021 in three categories: premiere, chamber ensemble, and phonograph record. "Grand Duo Brillant," produced by RecArt and the Polonia Music Art Foundation, was co-financed by the Polish History Museum in Warsaw as part of the "Patriotism of Tomorrow" program, presenting for the first time in the history of world phonography the collaborative compositions of Polish pianist Edward Wolff and Belgian violinist Henri Vieuxtemps. The second album, "Irena Regina Wieniawska vel Poldowski," was produced by Grantor, co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund as part of the "Musical Trace" program implemented by the National Institute of Music and Dance. The year 2023 brought another award for the album "Their Voices," released by DUX. The honorary patron of the release is the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews in Warsaw, and the partners of the Polonia Music Art Foundation, co-publisher of the album, are the Jewish Community Center in Warsaw, the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, and the sponsor – the Union of Artists and Performers STOART. The project was co-financed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage from the Culture Promotion Fund as part of the "Musical Trace" program, implemented by the National Institute of Music and Dance.
Numerous DVDs and recordings for TVP, recording concerts, are materials documenting performances at festivals and important cultural events, including May with Early Music, the International Henryk Wieniawski Festival, Singer's Warsaw Festival, the International Felix Mendelssohn Festival, the 56th International Henryk Wieniawski Festival. Jan Kiepura Krynica Góra, International Holocaust Remembrance Day and the ceremony of awarding Righteous Among the Nations medals awarded by the Yad Vashem Institute. The artist has performed in Poland (including the National Philharmonic in Warsaw, the Philharmonics in Katowice, Łódź, Krakow, Wałbrzych, Jelenia Góra, Krakow, the National Forum of Music in Wrocław, the Polin Museum in Warsaw, Zamość).

The pianist has collaborated with, among others, harpsichordist Aleksandra Rupocińska, violinist Ebru Karaagac, cellists Izzet Naziliak, Agnieszka Kołodziej, Tomasz Daroch, and the winner of the International Violin Competitions in Moscow and Genoa, Ilya Grubert, owner of Henryk Wieniawski's last violin, who played it during a special concert commemorating the composer's performance in 1855. Julita Przybylska-Nowak's activities also include teaching. In May 2006, she was elected to the board of the European Piano Teachers Association Poland. In 2013, she taught a chamber music course at the National University of Music in Bucharest, and in 2015 at Haccettepe Universitesi in Ankara. Regularly invited to lead professional development programs for piano teachers, she serves as a lecturer in workshops for students and teachers of music schools and as a juror in competitions for young pianists.
She has given lectures at national and international conferences at the Academies of Music in Wrocław, Gdańsk, Poznań, and Łódź, as well as methodological lectures for piano teachers at music schools in Brzeg, Namysłów, Opole, and Leszno.
Since 2007, the Academy of Music has been her sole place of work, where she works in the Instrumental Department. For several years, she has taught courses in Accompaniment with Sight Playing and Chamber Ensemble, working in the Department of Chamber Music, and has held the position of Professor at the Academy of Music since March 1, 2023. Her students have won awards in chamber music competitions both in Poland and abroad, as well as prizes for outstanding pianists. Between 2020 and 2024, the ensembles she led won over 30 awards. She has received numerous diplomas congratulating her on the quality of their chamber ensembles.
In 2012, she earned a Doctor of Fine Arts degree, and four years later, in 2016, a postdoctoral degree. She is also involved in organizational activities at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław: in 2019-2020, she served as organizational director of the Methodological Symposium on String Instruments, Harp, and Guitar, and in 2018, the 7th National Academic Session "Chamber Music in Polish Music of the 19th and 20th Centuries." In 2022, she served as secretary of the 8th Polish Duo Competition.
She participated in the preparatory work for the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław. Karol Lipiński for MusiQuE accreditation (Certificate of Institutional Accreditation awarded by the Board of the European Accreditation Committee for Music Quality Enhancement in 2020). She also served on the Committee for the Restructuring of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, appointed by His Magnificence Rector, Prof. Dr. Hab. Grzegorz Kurzyński. His Magnificence Rector, Prof. Dr. Hab. Krystian Kiełb, entrusted her with the honorable and responsible role of Team Leader for the Evaluation of the Quality of Artistic and Scientific Activity at the Instrumental Faculty (category A+).
Her research, which involved discovering forgotten musical literature and editing the musical scores for performance, resulted in 11 volumes published for use in Poland and abroad (mostly by Eufonium Publishing House), including nine volumes of virtuoso duets for violin and piano and two volumes of solo piano.
To celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music, she prepared the project "Karol Lipiński's Piano," co-financed by the Polish History Museum in Warsaw as part of the "Patriotism of Tomorrow" program. As part of the project, she discovered the piano works of one of the most famous violin virtuosos, who is the patron of the Academy of Music in Wrocław. She edited the early prints and edited them for performance purposes. The musical materials include: Polonaise Pathetique, Polonaise A No. 5, Polonaise Op. 5 No. 1, Polonaise, Op. 5 No. 2, Polonaise, Op. 5 No. 3, and Mazurka, Op. posth., are available on the Polonia Music Art Foundation website. Thanks to a grant received from the Foundation, Studio Grantor recorded a concert at the Concert Hall of the Academy of Music, as part of the Lower Silesian Science Festival on September 19, 2023. Julita Przybylska-Nowak performed piano works by Karol Lipiński and Chopin's Polonaises, Op. 26, for violin and piano, arranged by the composer. The violin part was performed by Professor Jarosław Pietrzak, and the finale, in the form of a compelling lecture, was delivered by Dr. Aleksandra Pijarowska. With the exception of one previously recorded work, the pieces available on YouTube represent world premieres.
