Composer, Doctor of Musical Arts in composition (2009). Laureate of national and international composition competitions:

1998 – 3rd Prize at the National Composers’ Competition Łódź ’98 for Capricious Sketch for chamber string orchestra

2003 – Distinction at the 24th Irino Prize Competition in Japan for E-motion for two accordions and electronics

2003 – Distinction at the Karol Szymanowski Composition Competition (ZAiKS, Warsaw) for B-A-C-H for string quartet

2003 – 2nd Prize at the 25th Russolo International Composition Competition in Italy for E-motion for two accordions and electronics

Since 2003 he has been a member of the Polish Composers’ Union. Since 2005 he has been employed at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, Faculty of Music Education, Choral Studies and Church Music, where he teaches instrumentation, introduction to composition, and arranging.
