Assistant Professor at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław, Doctor of Social Sciences in the field of psychology (University of Wrocław, Institute of Psychology, 2012), graduate of the Faculty of Instrumental Studies (Master of Arts, 1999) and of the Postgraduate Studies in Music Therapy at the Academy of Music in Wrocław, as well as the Postgraduate Studies in Logorhythmics at the Academy of Music in Gdańsk and Speech Therapy at the University of Wrocław.
She has completed research fellowships and delivered lectures at, among others, the Mozarteum University in Salzburg (Austria), the University of Bologna (Italy), the University of Jyväskylä (Finland), Leiden University (the Netherlands), as well as at many institutions in Poland (including training programs of the Centre for Artistic Education and the Centre for Education of Teachers in Art Schools). Since 2001 she has regularly conducted consultations, lectures, and expert workshops for teachers, parents, and students of primary and secondary music schools, as well as for professional artists across Poland.
She collaborates with numerous cultural institutions (including the National Forum of Music Wrocław, Kraków Philharmonic, Academy of Fine Arts Wrocław, Academy of Theatre Arts Wrocław, Academy of Art in Szczecin, Lower Silesian Music Society, Capitol Music Theatre Wrocław), providing individual consultations and classes supporting the artistic development of young people, artists, and faculty members. Until 2024 she was supervisor of the Student Artistic and Scientific Circle of Music Education, and she also conducts open consultations in music psychology for AMKL students.
Author of several dozen scholarly and popular-scientific articles and book chapters, co-author of the handbook for parents of music school students “My Child Doesn’t Want to Play Anymore – Briefly on How to Help”. She is initiator and co-founder of the Innovative Center for Artist Development (ICRA), within which she runs her original program “The Psychological Performance Apparatus.”
