dr hab. Dariusz Kaliszuk

A graduate of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław. In 1989 he completed a one-year postgraduate program at the Higher Institute of Art in Havana, Cuba.

He was a member of the Wrocław jazz ensembles Salted Peanuts and Funky Groove, with which he won numerous prizes and distinctions at both national and international jazz festivals. He has collaborated with the orchestras Alex Band (directed by Aleksander Maliszewski) and Kukla Band (directed by Zygmunt Kukla). He is also associated with the Capitol Music Theatre in Wrocław.

He is currently employed as an assistant professor at his alma mater.
