Karolina Nosowska

Karolina Nosowska, a 1st-year Master’s student at the Faculty of Vocal and Acting Studies in the solo singing class of Prof. dr hab. Agata Młynarska-Klonowska, won 3rd Prize at the 2nd National Festival and Competition of Vocal Chamber Music named after Witold Friemann.
She was accompanied at the piano by Mateusz Słowikowski, MA, who received the award for Outstanding Pianist.

Karolina’s performance was praised not only by the jury but also by Adam Rozlach, editor of Polish Radio Program I and presenter at TVP Kultura, who emphasized the remarkable artistry of her singing in his review:

“Extraordinary stage presence. A very good, strong, resonant, and beautiful voice. Precise singing, with great commitment. After a graceful Mozart – a fantastic Niewiadomski, perhaps the best of all songs in the first stage? (…) What expressive power, what captivating interpretation! She sang the middle section about the fragrant meadow so beautifully – her voice carried so much sweetness, resonating richly not only in the lower but also in the upper register. (…) One can predict a bright future for her.”

👏 Warm congratulations to Karolina and Mateusz, and best wishes for their continued artistic success!
