ADMISSION TO THE DOCTORAL SCHOOL FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2025/26

The admission process to the Doctoral School of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław begins on 21 July 2025 and ends on 30 September 2025.

Deadline for submitting application documents

The deadline for submitting application documents (in both printed form and electronically via the Verbis system) to the Office for Teaching and Student Affairs is 8 September 2025 (inclusive).

Applicants are required to log into the recruitment system:

First, the online application form must be completed electronically in the system. Then, the candidate should print the application from the system, sign it, and attach all required documents. The complete set of documents must be submitted either in person or by post to:

Admission Procedure Dates

a) Stage I – Evaluation of artistic and scholarly achievements (without the participation of candidates) – 17 September 2025
b) Stage II – Interview and assessment of humanistic competencies – 18 September 2025
c) Stage III – Artistic or scholarly presentation – 19 September 2025
