The 11th National Congress of Music Therapy Students, titled “Sounds of Peace – Music Therapy in Stress Prevention,”
is dedicated to exploring the role of music therapy in promoting mental well-being and preventing stress in the context of modern societal challenges.
The thematic focus of this year’s congress arises from the growing need to raise awareness of how music therapy can support emotional balance and mental health amid the pressures of contemporary life — such as information overload, fast-paced living, and increasing social demands.
The event aims to facilitate the exchange of experiences and reflections on the power of music to foster harmony and psychological resilience.
The program will feature presentations, lectures, panel discussions, and practical workshops led by music therapy practitioners, therapists, and students.
Active participation applications: until February 28, 2025
