The Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław invites its academic teachers to attend a lecture entitled “From Stress to Empathy – On Managing Emotions and Nonviolent Communication in Working with Students,” which will take place on 14 October 2025 at 12:00 PM in the Theatre Hall.

During the meeting with Anna Cieślik – psychologist, business trainer, and educator – we will collectively seek answers to the following questions:

  • How can we understand our own emotions and those of our students without taking them on ourselves?

  • Where is the boundary between tension and aggression in communication?

  • What simple strategies help regulate emotions and maintain professional distance?

  • How can we develop empathetic yet nonviolent communication in teaching practice?

The meeting will offer a space for reflection and practical inspiration – supporting not only the quality of teaching but also personal well-being.
