National Interconference Musica Tertii Millenii 2.0

The Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław invites you to participate in the InterConference ‘Musica Tertii Millenii’, which will be held on 6–7 May 2026 at the Academy's headquarters in Wrocław.

The aim of the conference is to exchange ideas and experiences between artists and researchers who, with the advent of the third millennium, have embarked on an independent path of creative, artistic and scientific activity. An important element of the meeting will also be the statements of representatives of the older generation, who have been active in the creative and scientific fields since the turn of the century.

The following are particularly invited to participate actively:

• composers, music theorists, musicologists,
• performers, humanists, sociologists,
• artists and scientists associated with contemporary music, including new media,
• all adults whose creative or research activities relate to music after 2000.

Active participants will be provided with lunches on 6–7 May 2026.
The organisers do not provide accommodation.

Application deadline: 15 March 2026.
APPLICATION FORM

The organisers reserve the right to select applications. Information about the selection of presentations will be sent by email by 22 March 2026.

Conference fee:
Active participation: PLN 300. The fee must be paid by 31 March 2026 by bank transfer. The costs of participation are covered by the participants or the delegating institutions. The invoice is issued only to the entity making the payment and only after prior notification of such a request.

Passive participation in the InterConference and all accompanying events is free of charge. There is no conference fee or prior qualification required.
