National InterConference “Musica Tertii Millenii”
Date:
09 - 10.04.2025The Institute of Composition at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław
cordially invited participants to the National InterConference “Musica Tertii Millenii”,
which took place on April 9–10, 2025, at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław.
The event served as an interdisciplinary forum for exchanging ideas about music in the third millennium and as a platform presenting new directions and trends in 21st-century music. The passing quarter-century offered an opportunity for reflection on recent artistic achievements and for viewing them from a new perspective.
“Musica Tertii Millenii” sought to break away from the traditional academic conference format, encouraging participants to move beyond conventional paper presentations toward more unconventional and creative forms of expression. The sessions featured innovative approaches to presenting one’s own or others’ creative work, including experimental presentations, interactive formats, and even performative or provocatively artistic interventions.
We invite you to read the introductory letter (available in the attached materials), which provides a full description of the conference.
