The Promotion and Event Organisation Centre is a university-wide unit that supports and coordinates the university's artistic activities in the field of promotion and organisation, in close cooperation with teachers, students and doctoral students.
WHAT DOES THE CPiOW DO?
1. It coordinates events at the Academy
symphony and chamber concerts with choirs and vocal ensembles
stage performances with students
concerts by individual classes and departments
concerts related to university exchanges
student diploma recitals
recitals by teachers as part of doctoral and habilitation procedures
masterclasses, competitions, festivals, conferences, sessions, scientific symposia and exhibitions
2. Cooperates with the media, edits the university's website and social media, cooperates with cultural institutions
In the organisation of artistic events and with educational publishers in the promotion of the university's educational offer.
IN WHAT MATTERS CAN YOU CONTACT US?
1. Preliminary booking of rooms for an event
At least 14 days before the planned concert, please send the completed form by email to: zgloszenia@amkl.edu.pl The form can be downloaded from the website: Student/StudentForms, templates/Event applications
(based on the information provided, the Centre will prepare a poster and programme for the concert)
Concert Hall (300 seats, building E)
An application for booking the Concert Hall should be submitted to CPiOW (room 006F). The application form is available at the Centre for Promotion and Event Organisation and on the AMKL website.
Chamber Hall (80 seats, building A/ 1st floor)
Theatre Hall (150 seats, building A/3rd floor)
Rehearsal Room 102 E
Please report in person to the CPiOW (room 006F) or send an email to zgloszenia@amkl.edu.pl with a question about the availability of the hall and the date, along with basic information about the event.
2. Information about awards won in competitions or outstanding artistic achievements
The Promotion Centre promotes the successes of students, doctoral students and teachers on the university's website by posting a scan of their diploma or certificate.
3. Volunteering
The Promotion and Event Organisation Centre coordinates volunteering in the organisation of artistic and scientific events.
