The publishing activity of the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław dates back to 1970, when the first scholarly publication bearing the Academy’s imprint was issued.
Over the following decades, the Academy published monographs, textbooks, collective works, journals, and music editions, resulting in a total of more than 200 titles.

The Publishing House contributes to the preservation and dissemination of the scholarly and artistic achievements of the Academy’s faculty members and documents scientific conferences held at the institution.
By making available knowledge concerning various areas of musical culture, it addresses both professionals in the field of music and music enthusiasts seeking to broaden their interests and understanding.
